Mitch is the Head Coach and owner of Fit Club/ CrossFit Westerville. He has been training people in Westerville since 1993 and running Fit Club since 2008. So most of this is his fault.

Your food should heal you.

Your workout should challenge you.

Your people should support you.

You can have results or you can have excuses.

The common denominator in all of this is You.

Quit pretending your “reasons” are anything other than excuses. Do the work, now!

My goals are to be healthy!  Not try to win any awards, just want to be able to always (or for as long as possible) keep up with my kids, and someday grandkids.

CrossFit is my sanity!  It's my one hour (sometimes 2) of the day where I do something for me.  If I skip my workout I can be cranky.

I’m a “gym mom”. I love to connect with people and make them feel included and special! 

I love showing people that they can do things they never thought possible. Not all of us were athletic when we were younger and we have a chance to get strong and do things we never thought we’d be able to do into our “more mature” years. I love watching our members progress!

I’m a good motivator and like to have a relaxed environment in the gym. As long as the works getting done I like to have fun and goof off. Outside the gym I’m pretty laid back and am a wannabe gamer. 

I’m the best in the world at the backyard game can jam. I am currently undefeated.

I love CrossFit because I was once an out-of-shape kid that had zero confidence in himself. The fact that I can make an impact on people's life and get them closer to feeling confident and strong and believe in themselves is why I do it. I know what it’s like to be in a newcomer's position and start from ground zero. Anyone can do it.

I’m a CrossFit L1 Coach with, Doctor of Physical Therapy, FMS. Other professional certifications include Astym, dry needling, RockTape, women's health, pregnancy & postpartum corrective exercise specialist

I like assessing and treating injuries, movement imbalance and women's health conditions...and burpees, I'm REALLY good at burpees.

It's a privilege to be a part of a community where you see people crush their goals, work hard and come back the next day to do it all over again.  

Performance/goals - To be the best version of myself. This includes staying physically and mentally healthy, improving mobility, staying active and building strength.
